What a ripoff

Terrible navigation -- the only way to "move" through the day is to keep hitting "back." No discernible way to move to the next day. I was attracted to this because it looked like there were elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, but the "advice" is mostly shallow quotes you can get anywhere: get more sleep. Drink less caffeine. Declutter your space and you will feel better. Complete waste of money.
